Week 10 Early Rankings

If you're like me, you're thinking about setting your lineup for next week before this week has even concluded. The full rankings for players will still come out on Wednesdays, but for the rest of the year I'll be posting my early rankings every Monday night/Tuesday morning.

Quarterbacks
1. Drew Brees (NO) @ STL
2. Brett Favre (MIN) vs DET
3. Kurt Warner (ARI) vs SEA
4. Aaron Rodgers (GB) vs DAL
5. Peyton Manning (IND) vs NE

Brees should go back to lighting it up thanks to an easy match-up with the Rams.

Running Backs
1. Chris Johnson (TEN) vs BUF
2. Ray Rice (BAL) @ CLE
3. Adrian Peterson (MIN) vs DET
4. Frank Gore (SF) vs CHI
5. Pierre Thomas (NO) @ STL

That's right. I have Ray Rice ahead of Peterson against the Lions. I reserve the right to change my mind tomorrow though.

Wide Receivers
1. Larry Fitzgerald (ARI) vs SEA
2. Reggie Wayne (IND) vs NE
3. Wes Welker (NE) @ IND
4. Marques Colston (NO) @ STL
5. Roddy White (ATL) @ CAR

Vernon Davis has asserted himself as one of the top TEs in the league.

The Vikings and Saints are far and away the best options this week.
 
Defenses
1. Baltimore @ CLE

5. Miami vs TB
 
There are some really severe match-ups again this week.
