FAQ

So, what do I get for $25?

Your hard-earned $25 will earn you 4 contest entries:
1 Season-Long team ($1,000,000 grand prize, $10,000 1st prize)
1 Week 8 team (1st prize: 50" Plasma TV)

Your 4 teams are each eligible to enter into one fight club as well as one prize league as well. The prize leagues will offer a variety of prizes in addition to the prizes listed above.

Why does my roster start on Week 2?

Our game begins in Week 2 in order to give everyone a chance to get a feel for the new season. It also gives people plenty of time to sign up while increasing your chances of taking down the $1,000,000 Grand Prize.

How do I win $1,000,000?

To win the $1,000,000 Grand Prize a team must make it through the entire season without losing any roster slots. Having a position eliminated at any point, or using a challenge flag, will eliminate your team from competing for the Grand Prize.

What is a fight club?

A fight club is a way for users to compete against each other on a smaller scale while also competing in the larger global contest. Enter a fight club with your friends, your favorite blogger, or the person who referred you to the game. Standings within each fight club are calculated in the same way as the global standings. Fight clubs will also be pitted against each other by comparing the average score of the top 10 teams in each fight club.

What is a celebrity league?

A celebrity league is a particular type of prize league. Stay tuned to see the list of celebrities whom you can compete alongside. Winners of celebrity leagues will receive special prizes specific to each celebrity.

What is a prize league?

Each team entered in the global contest is also eligible to enter into one prize league. Standings within each prize league are calculated in the same way as the global standings. The winner of the prize league will take home the prize specified by that specific league. Prize league winnings do not affect a team's eligibility for the Grand Prize or 1st place prizes.

How are standings calculated?

The first standing criterion is "surviving." Teams are ranked based on how far into the season they survive. After that, teams are ranked based on roster slots remaining followed by total points as a tie-breaker. If no teams survive to the end of the season then the last man standing is the winner (if multiple teams are eliminated in the final week then total points will break the tie). If one or more teams survive to the end of the season the winner is determined first by roster slots remaining then by total points.

What's the deal with challenge flags?

You may use a challenge flag to recover an eliminated roster slot. To recover a slot you must use one of your flags in the week immediately following the week in which the slot was eliminated. If a roster slot is still unsaved at the roster lock it will be lost forever. You will not, however, lose any flags by failing to save a position.

Teams will each receive 3 challenge flags for the season-long contest and the Week 8 contest. Team for Week 11 and week 14 contests will each receive 1 challenge flag.

What are all these contests?

The season-long contest begins in week 2 and runs all the way through week 17. Mid-season contests will begin in weeks 8, 11, and 14 and will also continue to through week 17. If at any time all teams have been eliminated from a contest then the season is over and a winner will be declared.
