Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are unsatisfied or wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, we are happy to refund your money. Your request for a refund must be submitted before the first roster lock (12PM ET, September 20th) in order to receive a refund.

No refunds are available once the game has begun.
